Q:   Do you have a retail outlet?
A:  

Although we are an online retailer, we also  have 2 outlets. These retail outlets are situated at the following locations:

Q:   Why are your fragrances so cheap?
A:   Three reasons; firstly we import our fragrances from all around the world, where prices are cheaper.

Secondly, we are predominantly an Internet business and our stores aren’t in major shopping centres, so rents and rates are less.

Thirdly, we apply a low price formula to our perfumes and fragrances. We then pass on these massive savings to you.


Q:   Is it safe to order online?
A:   Yes. We have the highest security encryption on our website (Thawte encryption), which means your information is safe with us. We also destroy all payment details after you order has been fulfilled and delivered.


Q:   What does EDT, EDP, A/S .etc. stand for?
A:   EDT- Eau De Toilette, EDP- Eau De Parfum, A/S- After Shave, EDC- Eau De Cologne. From strongest to weakest: Perfume, Eau De Parfum, Eau De Toilette and Eau De Cologne, After Shave being the weakest with the least amount of oils in the fragrance.


Q:   If the item I have ordered is out of stock will I be notified?
A:   If the perfume you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you via e-mail. Therefore it is essential that the proper e-mail details are provided.


Q:   Do you sell testers?
A:   We do not sell testers. All our products are 100% genuine, as you would find in any department store, just at a cheaper price.


Q:   Do I have to pay for the returns postage?
A:   Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the fault with the item is ours. If this is the case we will advise how to send the parcel back to us.


Q:   Which courier company do you use?
A:   We use Westralia Freight and Toll-Ipec


Q:   Do you deliver to P.O Box addresses?
A:   No, we only deliver to Physical address and not to P.O. boxes.
 


Q:   My order is for a present, can I add a message?
A:   Yes you can, we provide the option for a gift wrap service as well as for a Gift card to be added with your order. All you need to do then is to provide your personal message  in the comments box provided


Q:   I won't be in when you deliver my parcel, what will happen?
A:   If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery, they will leave a card informing you of their attempt and instructions of how to re-arrange the redelivery.


Q:   How is my order delivered?
A:   Independent couriers deliver all orders and a signature is required upon delivery of a parcel. Alternatively we can also deliver to your work addresses as long as it is stated as the shipping address.


Q:   How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A:   Orders are generally processed within 24 hours and deliveries are normally within 5-7 business days unless otherwise advised via e-mail or phone.


Q:   When will I receive my order replacement?
A:   Once we have received the returned items we aim to process the exchange as soon as possible, and send the goods out for a delivery within 2-3 working days.


Q:   Can I change/cancel my order?
A:  

Orders can be changed or cancelled provided that we are notified within 24hrs of placing the order and under special circumstances.



Q:   Can someone else sign for my parcel?
A:   Yes, as long as they work or live at the specified shipping address. However, if you want to personally receive you parcel you should notify us.


Q:   I need to return an item/s
A:   If there is something wrong with your order we will envisage to correct it promptly.


Q:   How long will it be until I receive my refund?
A:   If you require a refund for goods you are returning, we will have to wait to receive the goods until we can refund the decided amount. This refund should show on your next bank statement.


Q:   I have been sent the wrong item / Part of my order is missing
A:   Regrettably mistakes do happen, and we apologise for the inconvenience. If this is the case with an order you have made with us please email us on info@expressperfume.com.au  and we will organize what step to take next.


Q:   How much do you charge for postage?
A:   We currently charge $9.95 per parcel under 3kg for the Perth Metro areas,  Country WA and all Eastern State addresses.


Q:   Are the perfumes genuine brands
A:   All perfumes we sell are genuine, we do no sell copies or fakes
